**Purpose of the role**

You will be responsible for the General, Finance & Account administration as part of supporting the Production team. This includes all financial & account management, having positive working relationships with vendors, Finance & internal teams and clients to achieve client outcomes.
- Follow up the completion of projects delivery from the date of production commence.
- Follow up the process of Invoices with Suppliers.
- Check data accuracy, approval and rectify errors of invoices.
- Check and make sure the invoices are completed with the supporting documents (PO, DN, Tax Invoices, etc).
- Archive Invoices data and other relevant information according to its categories and maintaining an organized and accessible filing system.
- Prepare and provide invoicing reports.
- Complete (accept) invoices process and close orders in INDICA systems in a timely manner.
- Prepare and provide the close orders progress / status.
- Able to work with different environments handling multiple clients and contacts for each invoice.
- Create and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers.
- Update and maintaining of credit notes.
- Support Marketing Activation Manager in debtors management.
- In charge of General, Finance & Account administration.
- Closely coordinate and provide functional assistance and support to Production and Finance team.
- Supporting the team with other administrative tasks, if requested.

**Skills, knowledge**, experience and exposure**
- Relevant business related qualifications AND/OR appropriate experiences within a Procurement, Contracts or Commercial-focused environment.
- Previous experiences in Procurement and logistics roles, a good understanding of Purchasing systems and basic Finance, plus a good understanding of MRP/ERP systems preferred but not essential.
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field may be advantageous.
- Experience in administration and high-volume office work may be advantageous.
