**Job description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Requirement Gathering and Analysis**:

- Engage with stakeholders to understand and document business needs and requirements.
- Conduct detailed analysis of business processes, workflows, and data models.
- **Solution Development**:

- Develop and propose innovative solutions to meet business needs.
- Create comprehensive functional specifications, business requirement documents (BRDs), and use cases.
- **Project Management**:

- Lead and manage business analysis projects from initiation to completion.
- Track project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery.
- **Data Analysis and Reporting**:

- Perform complex data analysis to identify trends and actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
- **Testing and Quality Assurance**:

- Develop and execute detailed test plans.
- Coordinate and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
- **Stakeholder Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between business units and technical teams.
- **Mentorship and Guidance**:

- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior business analysts.
- Share best practices and knowledge within the team to enhance overall competency.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive change initiatives.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.

**Your skills and experience**:
**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Professional certification (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is preferred.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in business analysis or developer.
- Proven experience in leading and managing complex projects.
- **Skills**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in business analysis techniques and tools (e.g., SWOT, BPMN, UML).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced skills in using software such as Microsoft Office Suite, SQL, and project management tools.
- Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) is an advantage.
