- provide efficient and timely technical support to end-user by monitoring Linux & Windows systems on AWS/Azure
- Follow up on the progress of all outstanding issues until closure
- To support other IT-related duties when assigned

**Team structure

+ Báo cáo trực tiếp cho sếp người Sing

+ Team VN làm theo dự án, hiện có cloud consultant, System Engineer

**Quyền lợi được hưởng**:

- Làm việc 4 ngày/ tuần: ca sáng: 9.00 a.m - 9:00 pm, ca tối 9:00 p.m - 9:00 a.m, 2 lần nghỉ giữa ca.
- Ca tối làm việc tại nhà
- Phụ cấp ca tối: 660.000/ ca
- Lương tháng 13
- Thử việc nhận 100% lương
- Bảo hiểm đóng full lương
- Review lương 1 lần/ năm
- Một số benefit hấp dẫn khác sẽ được trao đổi trực tiếp khi phỏng vấn

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Cao Đẳng

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- From 1-2 years of relevant experience, Diploma in the IT field
- Familiar with Windows OS
- Strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and commitment to customer service
- Experience in Linux/cloud computing will be an advantage
- Able to work under shift schedule, working any 4-day and rest 3-day a week under shift 1 9 am-9 pm or shift 2 9 pm-9 am
- 100% work from home on night shift
- Night shift with shift allowances such as VND660000/night
