- About the Role:_

The Legal Manager (Securities) role involves providing comprehensive legal advice and support to the company's General Director and various departments. The role is crucial for navigating the complexities of financial products and ensuring compliance with legal standards.
- Responsibilities:_
- Provide legal advice on financial advisory services and structural products to the company's leadership and departments.
- Research and analyze new legal trends and issues to prevent potential conflicts and support professional development.
- Evaluate and provide legal opinions on institutional documents, regulations, and operational materials.
- Draft, negotiate, and support the formulation of contracts and documents with business partners and customers.
- Represent or support the company in legal proceedings, disputes, and complaints involving external parties.
- Develop and enforce legal frameworks and codes of professional ethics following applicable laws.
- Maintain relationships with relevant state management agencies to support the company's activities.
- Requirements:_
- Minimum of 7 years of legal experience, with at least 3 years in senior roles within the financial, securities, or banking sectors.
- In-depth knowledge of legal aspects related to finance, securities, and investment.
- Proficiency in securities regulations and financial product structures.
- A law practice certificate is preferred.
- Strong skills in document editing, office software, communication, problem-solving, research, statistical analysis, and planning.
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
