**Mô tả công việc**:
(Mức lương: 18 - 25 triệu VNĐ)
- Phân tích dữ liệu doanh thu & giá cả để tối ưu hóa pricing strategy trên các sản phẩm Flights, Hotels, Cars, Tours, Food.
- Xây dựng mô hình Machine Learning dự báo demand, giá tối ưu, dynamic pricing, conversion rate.
- Triển khai thuật toán định giá động (Dynamic Pricing Algorithm) dựa trên supply, demand & dữ liệu cạnh tranh.
- Phân tích hiệu suất các chương trình khuyến mãi & Loyalty (Tỷ lệ chuyển đổi, ROI, GMV từ Loyalty).
- Dự báo doanh thu (Revenue Forecasting) & tối ưu hóa chiến lược Upselling & Cross-selling.
- Tích hợp dữ liệu từ nhiều nguồn (CRM, Google Analytics, Firebase, Extranet, API đối tác).
- Phân tích hiệu suất đối tác & giá cạnh tranh (Competitive Pricing Analysis).
- Xây dựng dashboard trực quan để giúp đội ngũ Revenue & Growth Marketing ra quyết định nhanh hơn.

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Trung cấp - Nghề

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- 3+ năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực Data Science / Machine Learning / AI / Big Data.
- Có kinh nghiệm với OTA, Travel Tech hoặc e-commerce là một lợi thế lớn.
- Thành thạo Python/R, SQL, Spark, BigQuery.
- Có kinh nghiệm với Machine Learning (XGBoost, TensorFlow, Scikit-Learn).
- Hiểu biết về A/B Testing, Bayesian Optimization, Time-Series Forecasting.
- Có kinh nghiệm xử lý data pipeline & ETL (Airflow, dbt, Kafka).
- Kinh nghiệm làm việc với BI Tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
- Tư duy logic, làm việc dựa trên dữ liệu & ra quyết định nhanh.
- Có khả năng làm việc với đội ngũ Revenue, Growth Marketing & Product.
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt để trình bày insight từ dữ liệu.
