**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Supporting the senior team members in professional as well as administrative matters.
- Assist to provide the legal advice, including obtaining licenses, visa, work permit, temporary residence card.
- Assist higher levels to tasks related to legal consultation to meet the customer’s requirement on time.
- Assisting in consulting, drafting, filing, monitoring, and processing trademark registration dossiers.
- Assisting in provide legal and regulatory advice and support to business functions in Vietnam, including obtaining licenses, managing the registrations with authorities.
- Assisting in provide legal advice to investment and corporate matters, M&A transactions.
- Assist higher levels to tasks related to legal consultation to meet the customer’s requirement on time.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience gained in professional firm/ CPA firm/law firm;
- Good computer skills and familiar with Viewpoint system as an advantage;
- Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy;
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
