**About the Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Content Strategy & Creation:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive inbound content marketing strategy aligned with business goals and target audience.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and curriculum developers to ensure brand consistency and quality.
- Lead Generation:

- Develop and execute lead generation campaigns through various channels, such as website chat implementation, landing pages, and content offers.
- Track and analyze campaign performance to optimize results and maximize lead generation.
- Website & Social Media Management:

- Manage and update our website content, ensuring it's fresh, informative, and SEO-friendly.
- Implement a website live chat to engage and nature prospects
- Set up and manage our YouTube channel and work towards getting featured on Product Hunt.
- Brand Awareness & PR:

- Write and pitch press releases for new product launches, awards, partnerships, and other newsworthy events.
- Secure media coverage in relevant publications and online platforms.
- Additional Tasks:

- Update Google Business Profile.
- Conduct event research and planning.

**Deliverables**:

- Publish 2-3 weekly posts and blogs on our social media channels
- Reach at least 10 positive (4.5+/5) reviews per software review website on G2, Capterra, and FindanLMS
- Produce 5 product videos (2-3 mins videos for enterprise corporates and educational enrichment for kids)
- Create 4 lead generation guides (How to successfully implement an enterprise LMS, How to )
- Write 2 lead generation white papers
- Develop 5 lead generation content templates (H5P and other content types)
- Develop an LMS recommendation website landing page (OOOLAB built)
- Website chat implementation
- Many of these are one-time assets that just need to get built. The main purpose is to improve branding and to generate SQLs.

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of experience in B2B content marketing or a related field.
- Proven track record of creating high-quality, engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
- Strong understanding of inbound marketing principles and best practices.
- Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation tools.
- Experience with creating video content.
- Experience with SEO and social media marketing is a plus.
- Experience in the education or LMS industry is preferred
