**Who We’re Looking For**

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the recruitment process for new team members and contractors. The role involves identifying, engaging, and securing skilled professionals who will contribute to our creative, marketing, and operational functions. This is a part-time freelance position with potential for long-term collaboration.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Build and maintain a pipeline of talent for current and future hiring needs
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with hiring in creative, digital, or marketing industries
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Comfortable working remotely with distributed teams
