**Job description**:

- Checking payment vouchers for Local & Oversea Suppliers & staffs.
- Bank reconciliation monthly.
- Checking tax declarations including PIT for Vietnamese & Foreigner, VAT, FCT, CIT, Transfer pricing.
- Working with professional consultation on taxes related issues.
- Preparing Social/Medical/Unemployment insurances declarations.
- Checking service contracts, checking time sheets & revenue calculation.
- Management of company assets.
- Consultation to Board of Management, other department where required.

**Job requirements**:

- University degree - Accounting major.
- English fluency, Japanese is plus.
- Having 5 year experience in accounting/taxes services is preferable.
- Working experience in Japanese companies.
- Age 30-36.
- Honest, patient, proactive.
- Team-work spirit.
- Goodwill to work long-term.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel and Word.
- Knowledge of accounting software will be an added advantage.
