**Responsibilities**
- Test Planning and Management: Design, develop, and implement comprehensive test plans to ensure that all objectives are met and that the software solution works as expected. Manage all aspects of the testing process, including risk management and test resource allocation.
- Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and expand the testing team. Ensure all team members receive appropriate training and are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure software quality by overseeing the design and execution of test cases, test scripts, and test procedures. Monitor testing progress and evaluate the results.
- Process Improvement: Continually improve the testing process by introducing testing innovations and efficiencies. Implement quality assurance metrics to assess testing effectiveness.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate with project managers, developers, and clients to provide updates on software testing progress and outcomes. Understand and incorporate client requirements into testing protocols. Propose automation test solution for stakeholders
- Issue Resolution: Oversee the defect management process, ensure all identified issues are addressed, and escalate unresolved issues to relevant departments.
- Report Generation: Generate detailed test reports and documentation to support product releases and help teams understand testing outcomes.
- Compliance and Regulations: Ensure testing activities comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Handson on automation test activities.

**Job Qualifications**
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- Professional Experience: Minimum of 8 years in software testing (at least 4 years in a managerial or supervisory role)

**Skills**:

- Strong understanding of software testing techniques and automation test management methodologies.
- Strong in programing language (Java, C#, Python)
- Proficiency in software testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Specflow, QTP, LoadRunner, Jmeter, ) and agile methodologies.
- Strong in TDD, BDD framework
- Strong in propose solution and negotiate with client
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and under tight deadlines.
- Strong in planning, monitoring and controlling testing activities in projects
- Strong in evaluate quality of software package by metrics
- English: Fluent

**Certifications (preferred)**:

- ISTQB Advanced Level Test Manager
- ISTQB Test Automation Engineer
- Any relevant software testing certifications (ex Certified Test Manager (CTM))
