**Associate Director - Client Management (Health Solutions)**

**What the day will look like**
- Handling ad hoc (health or life) local projects as and when it comes
- Helping regional team developing the life business in Vietnam, Lead the collation and development of intellectual property with regards to Health insurance

'- Collaborate with other Aon entities showing success in the field such as Aon’s China team
- Collaborate with market participants - both clients and reinsurers to develop own knowledge
- Nurture relationships with Life clients in Vietnam
- Potential to support business development regarding mortality business as well
- Support regional initiatives in the development of health consulting capabilities as may be considered
- Local Client Management
- Maintaining the current healthcare portfolio for Vietnam and new healthcare business development
- Support both Non-life and Life clients in their Health product (Living Benefits) development journey, via the development of solutions involving reinsurance-based partnerships and production of reinsurance business, in close collaboration with the regional Life and Health team.
- Key focus on Medical Expenses initially but other products such as Cancer/ CI as well as Income Protection would also be considered depending on business case
