Daily import-export: - Coordinate with related teams to keep track of daily finished goods from related production departments to the warehouse, and deliver finished goods to customers on schedule. - Follow up with urgent orders and solve them as quickly as required. - Prepare all necessary documents (packing list, delivery note, etc.) before shipment. 2. Periodical inventory management (mid-year & year-end) - Support Warehouse team on tracking periodical inventory. Make sure the inventory data meet the target set for each industry. - Promptly report any unusual issues to the management. 3. Document archive and company & department compliance: - Archive import/export documents of the department in accordance with regulations, make sure it is easy to check and compare whenever required. - Strictly follow the policies and procedures of company & department. 4. Safety and environment: - Comply with the safety and environment policy; understand and adhere to the safety and hygiene standards in the working area. - Practice 5S methodology at the work place - Implement "Near Miss" in accordance with the requirements on industrial hygiene and safety standards within the factory zone **Qualifications**: - High School Diploma or equivalent required. - 7+ years previous experience. - Strong past performance reviews desired. - Must be motivated towards productivity improvements, safety and quality awareness. - Excellent interpersonal, written, oral, and proofreading skills. - Excellent organizational and customer service skills. - Possesses solid mathematical aptitude, attention to detail and logical problem solving skills. - Accurate typing, spelling and grammar skills required. - Understanding of applicable computer systems, such as Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes and function specific software. - Skilled in working independently in a safe and timely manner necessary. - Adaptive, flexible, able to handle ambiguity. - Strong time-management and project management skills.
