As a Data Analyst at TechX, you will play a crucial role in transforming complex data into actionable insights. Your analytical expertise and ability to communicate findings will be essential in helping our clients understand and leverage their data for maximum impact.

**Key Responsibility**:

- ** Stakeholder Collaboration**: Engage with business stakeholders to understand their analytical needs and provide customized solutions. You will act as a bridge between business needs and technical execution, ensuring that our data solutions align with business goals.
- **Data Integration**: Work closely with data engineers, data scientists, and other team members to ensure seamless data flow and integration. Your role will include overseeing data pipelines, ensuring data quality, and facilitating data accessibility.
- **Data Analysis**: Utilize exploratory data analysis and advanced analytics techniques to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights. You will be responsible for conducting thorough data analysis and delivering insights that drive business decisions.
- **Insights Presentation**: Present findings and insights to business users in a clear and compelling manner. You will create reports and visualizations that effectively communicate complex data in an understandable format.
- **Dashboard Development**: Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like PowerBI, Report Builder, and Amazon Quicksight. Your visualizations will support real-time decision-making and strategic planning.
- **ETL Processes**: Write and deploy scripts/code to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data as required. You will ensure that data is processed efficiently and ready for analysis.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 2-4 years of experience in Data Analytics or Business Intelligence. Experience in a similar industry is a plus.
- **Technical** Skills: Deep understanding of AWS services for Data Analytics. Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages for data analysis and manipulation.
- **Visualization** Tools: Experience with data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Report Builder, and Amazon Quicksight. Ability to create intuitive and insightful visualizations.
**Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and engaging manner.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Ability to think critically and creatively to address analytical challenges.
