Senior Cae Engineer

You will work as part of a multidisciplinary engineering team, collaborating closely with international customers — therefore, **good English communication skills** are essential.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Model Development & Execution**

Create and maintain detailed finite element models using **HyperMesh** and other HyperWorks tools.

Perform structural analysis in one or more of the following areas**:crash, durability, NVH, or stiffness**.

Ensure model accuracy, numerical quality, and compliance with customer standards.

**Analysis & Reporting**

Execute simulations using relevant solvers such as **Abaqus**, **LS-DYNA**, or **Nastran**.

Evaluate results, identify design issues, and provide clear engineering recommendations for design improvement.

Prepare and deliver simulation reports, technical presentations, and analysis summaries to internal and external teams.

**Communication & Collaboration**

Communicate effectively in **English** with global customers and project teams.

Participate in regular technical meetings and design reviews to present results and propose improvements.

Collaborate with design, testing, and validation teams to ensure consistency between CAE results and physical tests.

**Continuous Improvement**

Contribute to the development and optimization of CAE processes, templates, and automation workflows.

Support junior engineers through technical guidance and knowledge sharing.

Take proactive ownership of assigned projects and deliverables.

**REQUIREMENTS**

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in **Mechanical Engineering**, **Automotive Engineering**, or related field.

Minimum **5 years of experience** in CAE / FEA within the automotive or mechanical industry.

Strong hands-on experience with **HyperWorks suite (especially HyperMesh, HyperView)** for model setup and post-processing.

Practical experience in at least one domain**:Crashworthiness, Durability, NVH, or Structural Stiffness analysis**.

Familiar with solvers such as **Abaqus**, **LS-DYNA**, or **Nastran**.

Good understanding of vehicle body structures, materials, and load cases.

Excellent **English communication skills** (verbal and written) for technical discussions with global customers.

Capable of working independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.

Self-motivated, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
