**The Opportunity**
- Growing planning team in Vietnam and also supporting wider SE Asia planning efforts.
- Vietnam based but integrated into broader Malaysia, Indonesia, SE Asia, regional and global planning teams.
- To work on exciting projects in Vietnam as well as across the SE Asia region in strategic planning and masterplanning projects within multidisciplinary teams including advisory, urban design, mobility, sustainability, research and innovation.

**Who we are looking for**:
Basic requirement / Yêu cầu cơ bản:

- Fluency in Revit MEP
- Thông thạo Revit MEP_
- Be able to work as a BIM Coordinator is a plus (Understand Platform BIM360 or Autodesk Construction Cloud & Navisworks)
- Có kinh nghiệm về Coordinate trong BIM với các bộ môn khác như Architect & MEP_
- (hiểu biết về BIM360 hoặc Navisworks)_
- 2~8 years of experience in Complex Projects.
- 2 ~ 8 năm kinh nghiệm trong các dự án phức tạp._
- At least have College or University degree in related Mechanical or Electrical engineering.
- Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng hoặc Đại học chuyên ngành kết cấu/dân dụng/hạ tầng._
- Programming skills using Python, C#, Dynamo or Rhino.inside.Revit will be an advantage
- Kỹ năng lập trình sử dụng Python, C#, Dynamo hoặc Rhino.inside. Revit sẽ là một lợi thế._
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Vietnamese. Speaking in Chinese is a plus.

- Experiences in complex projects from Top Asia country as Hongkong, Singapore or Australia is a plus

**About the Role**
- Liaise with MEP engineers to create BIM model and drawing generation using Revit.
- Liên lạc với các kỹ sư MEP để tạo mô hình BIM và tạo bản vẽ bằng Revit._
- Working with International teams based in Hong Kong, Singapore and Australia on a daily basis.
- Làm việc hàng ngày với các nhóm quốc tế có trụ sở tại Hồng Kông, Singapore và Úc.._
- Capable to create BIM model and 2D deliverables for routine works independently and supervise others
- Có khả năng tạo mô hình BIM và sản phẩm 2D cho các công việc thường xuyên một cách độc lập và giám sát những người khác_
- Ensure that the quality of deliverables produced is in accordance with project and corporate requirements.
- Đảm bảo chất lượng của bản vẽ theo yêu cầu dự án và yêu cầu khi phối hợp làm việc_
- Keep following up with team members and project managers informed of workload and deadlines of deliverables.
- Đảm bảo phối hợp với các thành viên trong nhóm và quản lý dự án nắm thông tin về khối lượng công việc và thời điểm hoàn thành._
- You will facilitate the coordination on such projects and undertake virtual design reviews to detect and address coordination issues in the model.

- Monitors and ensures adherence to Common Data Environment (CDE) standards;
