**Mô tả công việc**:

- Management foods safety system
- Receiving and handling customer complaints, non-conformities, suggest and follow corrective action and prevent action of MMV.
- Conduct internal audit for safety and hygiene in the kitchen and shop weekly.
- Make the report and analyze data and coordinate with another department to drive process improvement program to ensure high standard of food safety and quality.
- Coordinate with MMV to register Certificate of Food Hygiene and Safety and help them when have audit from Food safety management authority of HCM city
- Work with sub-contractors ex: pest control, cleaning chemicalbe responsible for the foods safety.
- Update and control compliance all record of quality and production.
- Create and update all GMP/SSOP and standard for MMV and Shop.
- Make traceability when have any unsafety food issue and do corrective action.
- Quality product/ improvements
- Monitoring product integrity and conduct product testing for new and regular products.
- Control the product registrations for all products.
- Create new process and new instruction when have any change in factory.
- Conduct internal training for operation staffs about hygiene, safety
- Others tasks as assigned of QA Manager.

**Kinh nghiệm / Kỹ năng chi tiết**:

- Graduated from University/ College
- Must have at least 2 years’ experiences
- Having strong passion in Food technology field. Knowledge of Quality system management on F&B and foods retail industrial.
- English communication and report.
- Willing to work at multiple locations.
- Work independent and can work under high pressure
- Careful, focus on details, trust-worthy, Customer oriented, premium communication
- Good knowledge about MOS, computer science

**MAROU is among the first Bean-to-Bar artisanal chocolate makers in Asia, and one of the few in the world to make chocolate in the country of origin of the beans. It is the dream child of two unusual Frenchmen who call Vietnam home. By choosing single-origin dark chocolates, we decided to highlight the specific bean aromas of each terroir while controlling every step of the chocolate production, from the selection of the beans to the chocolate bar, to offer the best experience possible.**

**Our Single Origin chocolate bars are made with cacao sourced from six provinces in southern Vietnam: from north to south Dak Lak, Lam Dong, Dong Nai, Ba Ria, Tien Giang and Ben Tre. The climate, soil, and water of each province (call it terroir if you want) as well as the mix of cacao varieties and post-harvest practices contribute to the different flavors of each origin, which in turn make the different flavours of each bar.There are more provinces that grow cacao, and we are always interested in finding new farmers to work with and in encouraging new farmers to plant cacao in Vietnam.**
