**Job Description**:

- Develop and implement internal control frameworks specific to game operations to mitigate risks of fraud and operational inefficiencies.
- Take responsibility for planning, executing, and reporting on internal audits related to operational procedures and processes across various departments, in accordance with the company’s internal audit policy.
- Coordinate with management team and departments to plan for internal audit programs, including defining scope, objectives, and procedures tailored to each engagement.
- Conduct risk assessments to identify key risks, evaluate mitigating controls, and prioritize audit focus areas.
- Conduct comprehensive walkthroughs to evaluate the design, operating effectiveness, and compliance of key controls, business processes, objectives, performance metrics, and testing strategies, ensuring audits are effectively aligned with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
- Develop audit work programs and prepare work papers and other audit documents that comply with relevant professional practices and the company’s internal audit requirements, leveraging leading technology audit practices as necessary.
- Develop comprehensive internal audit reports detailing conclusions, findings, and recommendations, considering uncertainty inherent in the audit process, and necessary follow-up actions.
- Collaborate with business process owners to ensure timely remediation of identified issues and monitor progress.
- Prepare and present detailed audit findings and recommendations to senior management and the audit committee.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging risks, auditing standards, and evolving regulatory requirements, as well as their impacts on the organization, our clients and partners.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders for other ad-hoc projects.

**Yêu cầu**:

- Have 5+ years of experience in IT risk, internal control, operational risk management, fraud prevention, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Audit methodologies including financial and operational audits (e.g. risk-based audit, process improvement audit, compliance audit, etc.), Auditing principles and procedures, Process analysis, Risk assessment, and Internal controls (including IT controls) and industry best practices.
- Demonstrated experience leading teams, supervising projects, and fostering collaboration in a dynamic environment.
- Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills in both English and Vietnamese, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
- Good pressure and time management skills.
- Proficient MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project skills.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a demonstrated “can-do” attitude and a proven ability to learn quickly in evolving environments.
