Job responsibilities
**Nature and Scope of Job Duties & Routine Reports**
**Develop FJ&T category in our retail network**:
- Adapt BU buying and assortment strategy to match our local needs
- Ensure stock and VM are reflecting stores potential and sales opportunities, in partnership with VM team
- Analyze sales and client data to capture trends and further refine business strategy, together with CDM team
- Closely collaborate with store teams to achieve category targets
- Set appropriate targets and drive incentive plans when needed, making sure all opportunities are optimized
- Assess, plan and follow-up business potential on HJ sales, depending on yearly events & store stock rotations
- Work closely with retail management teams to identify and develop potential clients to FJ&T
- Weekly review and report on projects status and sales/products/clients/staff progress
**Enhance our teams capabilities on FJ&T**:
- Spend 30% of working time in store, observing selling ceremony, participating in Diorly/meetings to refresh the team on FJ&T, engaging in on the floor coaching
- Be the referent on product knowledge and enquiries
- Define Learning & Development plan for Vietnam retail teams, with different levels of seniority, expertise and role to play in driving the business, from everyday core to high-end events, in close partnership with Training team.
- Go beyond product information in order to drive engagement and commitment to the category, including general & competition knowledge, selling skills & tips, best practices sharing
- Develop sales staff to support client development and business expansion
**Client development and engagement strategy**:
- Build a consistent and comprehensive data pool for our top clients, in support of building and strengthening long-lasting client relationships, including of strong potential clients from competition.
- Design yearly top client engagement plan, especially regarding HJ overseas trips and events
- Orchestrate product launch plan adaptation locally, from network strategy to client targeting and follow-up
- Ensure client engagement opportunities are maximized during key business periods and initiatives
- Set KPIs and targets regarding client recruitment, retention and upgrade in line with CDM team All Dior direction, and implement actions, accordingly, based on profound understanding of our client base profile and habits
**Reports deliverables**:
- Weekly reports: Core sales & estimated landing for coming week/month, MTD/MTG High-end sales, competition & market events, retail/clients feedback
- Monthly reports: Sales / Business review / new launches performance, HJ invoicing plan, sharing from other markets/region, competition highlights, upcoming events/trips status, specific info from Global/Regional teams
- Quarterly: Client segmentation, status update & strategy to recruit/retain/upgrade, Team capabilities observation & action plan, upcoming launches etc
- Ad hoc reports when needed- Profile
**Education & Professional Qualifications**
Tertiary education
**Work Experience**
Minimum 5 years’ experience within jewelry and luxury retailer
**Skills**
Language - English is a plus, Management skills, Microsoft Office, People skills, Public speaking / presentation skills, Business sense, Problem solving skills, Resolve conflict skills
