**Key Accountabilities (1)**:

- 1. Insight analysis of whole bank performance:

- Proactively propose action plan/process and coordinate staffs to prepare weekly and monthly specific insight analysis reports (including actual reports và forecast reports) on business performance results of each business unit và wholebank and submit to CEO, CFO, other HOD and BOD
- Proactively identify the influencing factors and coordinate staffs to perform detailed analysis to assess the impacts to the business results of the whole bank, then propose recommendation to CFO, Senior Director
- Review reports prepared by staffs to ensure the accuracy và rationality of information provided
- Proactively provide the assessment of whole bank target achievement to propose forecasted scenarios and early warning to higher Chủ động đề xuất các đánh giá về tình hình thực hiện kế hoạch kinh doanh của toàn ngân hàng, đề xuất các kịch bản dự báo nhằm có cảnh báo sớm cho Manager, Senior Director, CFO
- The contact point of department to respond the requests from CFO, Senior Director on performance results of business units và whole bank (including actual và forecast)

**Key Accountabilities (2)**:

- 2. Person in charged for annual planning of whole bank:

- Directly propose actions to improve the annual planning process
- Set up detailed implementation plan for the annual financial planning process of the whole bank and coordinate all related parties to ensure the quality of outcomes and meet the required deadline
- As the contact point of Finance, work with Strategy team to propose Topdown target for each business unit và whole bank to be in line with the bank's strategy
- Coordinate human resource in team to process annual planning
- Review consolidated business plan to consider the reasonableness and propose recommendations to adjust business plan if needed
- Work as the contact point of department to respond the requests from CFO, Senior Director on annual planning of business units và whole bank

**Key Accountabilities (3)**:

- 3. Other tasks:

- Perform back-up work when the Manager is absent
- In charge of coordinating the implementation of other related jobs as the request of Manager, Senior Director và CFO
- Support Senior Manager to set up và implement operational plan for the department in order to adopt new requirements in each specific period
- Conduct monthly training for members in the department in order to enhance productivity and necessary skills.
