MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
To ensure working knowledge of all hotel public areas.
To ensure cleaning schedules are completed in a routine and timely manner.
To operate equipment safety and sensibly and maintain all cleaning equipment in good working order.
**To handle emergencies effectively (eg.**: breaking of pipes, smell etc.)
To clean sinks, toilets, urinals, mirrors, walls, furniture, stalls, vents and floors with cleaning agents by extending hands over head to reach all above areas. To adhere to cleaning procedures and instructions for use of cleaning agents.
To dust all furniture and fixtures, artwork and shelves, extending arms over head, bending or stooping, as needed.
To empty trash receptacles/ash urns and ashtrays and clean.
To position all furniture according to floor plan. To wipe down all sofas, chairs and cushions with a damp cloth and fluff up pillows.
To liaise with Public Area Supervisor in relation to new chemical usage, problems.
To maintain stock levels.
To recycle where possible.
To maintain knowledge of special programs and events in the Hotel in order to recognise and respond to guests' needs.
To maintain Hotel information to be able to provide information to guests.
To assist guests and escort them to locations within the Hotel at their requests.
To expedite all guests' special requests efficiently and, to address guests in a pleasant and courteous manner and use names whenever possible.
To refer complaints/requests/comments to superior(s) immediately.
To report any damage/breakage in any public area that needs repair to superior(s) immediately.
To return, sign and hand in completed Work Sheet at the end of the shift.
To attend hotel and departmental meetings and training sessions fully.
To comply with hotel’s health, safety and hygiene policy.
To adhere to personal grooming and hygiene standards.
To perform any other duties which may be assigned by the Management from time to time.
