- We're looking for a talented, enthusiastic _**_Project Manager/Scrum Master_**_ to join us in delivering our innovative business communications platform to clients across various industries. The PM is an integral part of our Professional Services Team which, together, aims to drive exceptional customer experiences, and provide solutions that meet or exceed the customer’s business value realization expectations._

**Responsibilities**:

- Be responsible for product development within Agile/Scrum teams
- Maintaining ownership of the scope, schedule, and budget; and oversight of all subsequent related tasks; coordinating with internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets
- Providing leadership and structure for the project team to drive efficient, effective projects
- Demonstrating exceptional organization and communication skills
- Establishing a cadence of project team meetings, status meetings, and timely reporting that ensures customer, management, and stakeholder engagement and accountability in / for all required activities
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs
- Set the pace for delivery and motivate teams to succeed
- Conflict resolution within/between the delivery team and stakeholders
- Manage the relationship successfully with the client and all stakeholders through excellent communication
- Guide and coach the team to become self-organized
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Support the Product Owner and Development Team
- Ensure and facilitate cross-team coordination

**Yêu Cầu Công Việc**:

- **4+ years **of work experience as a Project Manager/Scrum Master
- **Experienced with Cloud and microservices projects.**:

- Extensive knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English skills
- Working technical knowledge of the software development process - design, development, test, and deployment
- Strong communication, collaboration, leadership, conflict resolution, and time management skills
- Applicable knowledge of the technologies used by the team
- Analytical skills to be able to solve problems and remove impediments
- Strong interpersonal skill including mentoring, coaching and, collaborating and team building
- Good knowledge of Software Testing Techniques is a plus
