**ABOUT THE POSITION**
- Create and animate VFX based on the art direction, technical constraints and deadlines.
- Handle VFX tasks from prototype to final package in Unreal/Unity.
- Ensure VFX assets are successful integrated to the game builds and meet the quality standards.
- Follow-up the project and propose artistic solutions and quality improvements.
- Provide technical support and problem solving related to VFX.
- Consistently play builds and give constructive feedback to the team.
- Actively join meetings and participate in brainstorming sessions for game ideas and explore new styles.
- Train, guide, and support Junior VFX Artists.
- Contribute to the development of 3D Library.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in real-time VFX, with a preference for Unreal Engine or Unity.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of particle systems, shaders, and other VFX creation tools.
- Artistic Sense: Strong grasp of timing, motion, weight, and dramatic visual effects to enhance gameplay and cinematics.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and ensure performance-friendly VFX across different platforms.
- Additional expertise in lighting techniques is a plus.
- Tools:

- Game Engines: Unreal Engine, Unity.
- VFX Software: Adobe Animate, Spine, Niagara, Unity VFX Graph.
- Other Tools: Profiling tools, shader editors.
