- Work with HR manager and stakeholders to determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts.
- Participate in recruiting for high level positions.
- Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plan.
- Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to advise and implement hiring plans, job requirements, and fill vacancies on time.
- Build strong talent acquisition team through coaching and introducing best practices, recruitment tools and streamlined process.
- Support employer branding programs.
- Participate in improving Acquisition Tracking System to support recruitment activities.
- Support to plan, propose and manage the recruitment budget effectively.
- Measures the social media performance in the recruitment area.
- Make periodic and most-used recruiting reports with dashboard metrics.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- At least 5 years of experience in HR. Proven working experience as Talent Acquisition Leader in IT industry or a similar position is a must.
- High influencing and networking competency.
- Experience with HRIS, ATS (applicant tracker system), Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools.
- Well-versed in HR analysis, metrics, systems, and databases.
- Strong people's mindset and results-oriented.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships across the organization.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
