Financial Specialist

Baller Headwear is a caps manufacturer servicing foreign brands. If you are a detail-oriented, strategic, and analytical individual looking to elevate your career, Baller Headwear is seeking a **Financial Specialist** to oversee our financial operations. This position offers an excellent opportunity for finance professionals aiming for a leadership role.

**WHAT WILL YOU BE INVOLVED IN**
- Oversee and manage the company’s financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage cash flow, liquidity, and treasury functions to ensure financial stability and operational efficiency.
- Monitor and optimize working capital, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and inventory management.
- Lead risk management initiatives, including foreign exchange, credit, and interest rate risk management.
- Maintain and develop relationships with banks and financial institutions to optimize financing strategies.
- Support the Financial Manager and senior management in strategic decision-making by providing financial analysis and insights.
- Oversee financial audits and liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

**WHAT WE NEED YOU TO HAVE**
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field (CPA, ACCA, or MBA preferred).
- Good command of English (both written and spoken).
- Proven experience in financial management, preferably in manufacturing or garment/têxtile industry.
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
- Hands-on experience in cash flow management, risk assessment, and financial forecasting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.

**WORKING TIME**
