**Position Summary**:**

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) technology expertise for solution design and technical implementation
- Translate business and marketing challenges into well-designed solutions.
- Design, code, unit test, and code review iterative improvements to the platform.
- Collaborate cross-functional team to determine the best path for Salesforce platform implementation.
- Drive technical process improvements to site release strategy
- Ensure adherence to sound architecture.
- Maintain and document processes/procedures and provide seamless hand-off to business users to utilize.
- Technical complexity reduction
- Improving and maintaining engineering guidelines
- Stay current with digital commerce technology
- Stay in tune with the latest Salesforce technology updates, changes, community, and roadmaps.
- Understand the ins and outs of complex technology environments and know how to optimize solutions for efficiency and simplicity
- Enjoy teaching and coaching the.NET development team and business team on how to best use Salesforce Commerce Cloud.

**Requirements**:
**Must have**:

- Certifications in Salesforce Commerce Cloud B2C (preferred)
- 3-5 years’ experience in implementing Salesforce Commerce Cloud B2C (Demandware) solutions.
- 3-5 years hands-on experience in web technologies including: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, AJAX, jQuery, web analytics, XML, web services (SOAP/REST), and open source packages/libraries
- Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud B2C Storefront Reference Architecture (SFRA).
- Experience in the implementation of digital commerce components such as users, catalog, pricing, inventory, and payment
- Experience in digital commerce integration, such as SFMC and ERP
- Extensive development knowledge, specifically around server-side and client-side JavaScript.
- Experience with git source control and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Slack
- Experience in agile development methodology.
- Experience with web frameworks, interactive web development, and responsive web design
- Experience with site speed optimization.
- Experience and working knowledge of secure development practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with non-technical personnel.
- Must be able to efficiently manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and excel in a high-growth environment.
- Must be highly motivated, a go-getter with great strengths in making decisions
- Must be a solutions-oriented problem solver, highly analytical, and a strategic thinker.
- Experienced in delivering using (hybrid) Agile methodology.
- Excellent communication, mentoring, and team-building skills.
