Our client is one of the leading banks in Vietnam, who is looking for a talent to join their firm:
**1. Provide Financial Solutions Suitable For Customers’ Needs**- Exploit information, analyze and evaluate customer needs to understand customers comprehensive financial goals based on segments, sub-segment and categories.-
- Analyze products/services customers are using and customer financial indicators to assess customers financial health.-
- Take care of transactions, propose solutions, and recommend products and services to priority customers in accordance with customers goals, financial needs and lifestyle.-
- Manage and take care of periodically assigned priority customer portfolios and evaluate their effectiveness.-
- Build a customer network, expand relationships from existing customer files to exploit and find potential customers.**2. Provide Priority Banking Services With Excellent Customer Experience**- Directly receive and implement customer transaction requests, cooperate with relevant departments, and process according to SLA to bring the best service experience to customers.-
- Continuously update customers with new features, new benefits of the products and services customers are using, policies and regulations that impact customer assets and information on market changes and trends.-
- Provide total service solutions for customers to meet their transaction, savings, credit, investment, and insurance needs.-
- Record and respond to customer opinions about products and services and propose solutions to improve service quality standards for priority customers.**3. Operational Compliance & Risk Management**- Identify customer information (Amlock, KYC, SA...) and warning signs before, during and after customer transactions, ensuring compliance with the banks processes and regulations and legal regulations.-
- Perform work in accordance with policies, regulations, procedures, internal instructions, and service quality commitments (SLAs).-
- Fully comply with service quality standards for positions and other regulations of the Bank from time to time.-
- Manage credit risk and operational risk on customer portfolio.-
- Coordinate with departments/units within branches to ensure quick and thorough implementation of transactions and customer requests.**4.People Management & Organizational Culture**- Manage the implementation of personal planning (PDP) to improve work efficiency and serve personal development.-
- Comply with training programs as required by the bank.-
- Contribute to activities of building and developing organizational culture.-
- Always have an open attitude to share information with others and willingly accept changes.-
- Take ownership and responsibility in work through clear direction, aiming for outstanding results.-
- Build a culture of cohesion and encourage colleagues to achieve success.-
- Be fully aware of the banks organizational culture and perform tasks in the spirit of core values and behavioral standards.**5. Plan Management & Business Results**- Develop business and customer development plans, implement up-selling/cross-selling of products based on assigned customer portfolio to optimize customer benefits and achieve assigned business targets.**6.
