MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Manage all daily operations of the Executive Lounge, including breakfast, afternoon tea, evening cocktails, and all-day refreshments.
Ensure staff follow SOPs and brand standards.
Uphold Pullman Guest Satisfaction Index standards and exceed guest expectations.
Supervise guest check-in/check-out processes in the lounge.
Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism.
Monitor cleanliness, ambiance, and functionality of the lounge.
Manage cash handling, billing, and daily banking reports (if applicable).
Oversee lounge inventory, ordering, and cost control.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
2-3 years of management experience in a luxury hotel (Executive Lounge / Club Floor / Guest Relations / F&B).
Strong guest relations and F&B service background.
Fluency in English (additional languages preferred).
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities.
Open-minded, proactive, and guest-centric personality.
