MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
- Support procedures for arrivals and departures
- Welcome
- Receive and pass information to guests and other departments correctly
- Handling customer complaints or problems
- Check the status of stationery and equipment in the reception area, call maintenance staff to handle if there is a problem
- Observe working areas such as lobby, work counter, office and warehouse, keep clean and tidy.
- Complete daily reports and notes
- Complete other tasks as requested by the department head

- Internship period: 03 months/ Thời gian thực tập: 03 tháng
- Meals during the shift/ Bữa ăn trong ca làm việc.
- Provide uniforms during the internship/ Cung cấp Đồng phục trong quá trình thực tập.

- Training in a professional environment/ Đào tạo trong môi trường chuyên nghiệp
- Have the opportunity to become a Full-time Employee after finishing the internship/ Có cơ hội trở thành Nhân viên Chính thức sau khi kết thúc thực tập.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- 3rd and 4th year students of Intermediate Schools, Colleges and Universities who wish to practice/practice related skills in the field of Hotel/ Sinh viên năm 3, 4 các Trường Trung Cấp, Cao đẳng, Đại học có nguyện vọng thực tập/ rèn luyện các kỹ năng liên quan trong lĩnh vực Khách sạn.
- Dynamic, hard-working, creative and passionate about success/ Năng động, chịu khó, sáng tạo và đam mê thành công.
- Communication skills, interacting with guests, colleagues and demonstrating the standards of the resort, the brand and the company./ Kỹ năng giao tiếp, tương tác với khách, các đồng nghiệp và thể hiện được tiêu chuẩn của khu nghỉ mát, của thương hiệu và công ty.
- Good communication in English/ Tiếng Anh giao tiếp Khá
- Priority: Being able to start the internship early/ Ưu tiên thực tập toàn thời gian.
