**Job description**:
The Back-End Developer is responsible for building and maintaining scalable, secure server-side systems, databases, and APIs. This role ensures optimal performance and reliability while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions that align with product goals and user needs.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

**1. Develop and Optimize Server-Side Systems**:

- Build and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance back-end systems for voting, ticketing, and merchandise platforms.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs to integrate with front-end systems and third-party services.

**2. Collaborate Across Teams**:

- Work closely with front-end developers, QA teams, and product managers to ensure seamless product delivery.
- Contribute to architectural discussions and align back-end development with business goals.

**Your skills and experience**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in back-end programming languages such as Node.js..
- At least 2 years of solid work experience with NodeJS.
- At least 1 year work experience with AWS.
- Ability to write structured, well-documented and maintainable code.
- Strong background in NodeJS (ES6, CommonJS) Practically experienced with REST APIs design and implementation.
- Expert knowledge of developing projects based on NodeJS and Express framework.
- Practically experienced with NoSQL, Redis and PostgreSQL.
- **Nice to have**:

- Experience with message queuing systems (e.g.,Kafka, SQS).
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker).
- Understanding of microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with authentication and authorization mechanisms (e.g., OAuth, JWT).
- Solid professional experience in using NodeJS unit testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, etc.)
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proactive and detail-oriented, with a focus on delivering high-quality, user-centric solutions.
- **Knowledge**:

- Familiarity with Agile development processes and tools like Jira.
- AWS including knowledge of:

- Amplify
- Cloudformation
- DynamoDB
- S3
- Cloudfront
- Lambda
- EC2

**WORKING CONDITIONS**
- Hours: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday
- Location: 38/15B Nguyen Van Troi, 15 ward, Phu Nhuan, Ho Chi Minh Ward
- Events on Saturdays & Sundays: If traveling for work, the company will cover 100% of travel and accommodation expenses.
