**Scope of work**

**1. Financial and Accounting Management**
- Prepare and monitor financial reports in compliance with regulations.
- Review and oversee bookkeeping and cash flow management.
- Ensure the accuracy and validity of financial transactions.
- Monitor and control company budgets and operating expenses.

**2. Tax Compliance and Legal Adherence**
- Organize and implement tax declaration and payment (VAT, CIT, PIT, etc.).
- Ensure the company complies with current accounting and tax regulations.
- Liaise with tax authorities, auditors, and banks as necessary.

**3. Cash Flow Management and Control**
- Track revenue and expenses, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
- Propose solutions to optimize cash flow and minimize financial risks.

**4. Financial Strategy Consultation**
- Analyze the company’s financial status and propose solutions to improve business efficiency.
- Provide financial data and strategic advice to management for decision-making.

**5. Accounting Personnel Management and Training**
- Assign tasks, supervise, and guide accounting staff.
- Train and enhance professional skills within the accounting department.

**6. Audit Support and Internal Reporting**
- Prepare documents and reports for internal and external audits.
- Submit periodic financial reports to the Board of Directors or the parent company.

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Chief Accountant or General Accountant in domestic or global corporations with subsidiary companies in manufacturing, FMCG, or related industries.
- Proficient in English and/or Chinese communication.
- Strong expertise in taxation and auditing.
