- Understand each department’s (e.g. Supply Chain, Production, R&M, QA. QC) daily processes and goals
- Coordinate to set performance goals and objectives with upper management.
- Observe experienced colleagues to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for performance of departmental duties.
- Coordinate to set up work procedures, document systems, the flow of information.
- Coordinate to organize internal and external events.
- Acquire knowledge of the development and administration of FESV policy and programs.
- Coordinate with other departments to complete daily tasks (e.g. implementing new policies)
