**Human Resource & General Affairs**(Internship)**

**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a **proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Intern** to join our team.
You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions — from recruitment, administration, and payroll support to employee engagement and internal operations.

This position is ideal for students who want to explore a career in **Human Resources** and understand how HR works in a dynamic tech-driven environment..

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Administration**: Support office purchases, track monthly F&B, manage stationery and office equipment.
- **C&B**: Assist in timekeeping data entry, basic payroll calculation, and HR forecast updates.
- **Insurance & Employee Records**: Prepare and update documents for dependent registration, social insurance, and premium insurance.
- **Engagement**: Participate in organizing internal events, team bonding, and employee engagement activities.
- **Other HR & admin tasks** as assigned by official HR staff.

**Requirements**:

- 3rd or 4th-year university student majoring in Human Resources, Economics, Administration, or related fields.
- Careful, detail-oriented, and responsible.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and willing to commit long-term.
- English proficiency is a plus.

**Remuneration Package**:

- Salary**:35,000 VND/hour**
- Dynamic and friendly working environment with real on-the-job learning.
