Credit Analyst

Conduct comprehensive credit assessments and risk analysis for loan applicants.
- Review financial statements, cash flow projections, business plans, and collateral.
- Perform credit scoring, rating, and due diligence for SME and corporate clients.
- Prepare and present credit reports and recommendations to the credit committee.
- Monitor existing loan portfolios to ensure credit quality and identify warning signs.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure loan policies and procedures are followed.
- Provide recommendations to improve credit approval workflow and risk management practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and market conditions.

**Desired Experience and Skills**includes**:

- Previous experience working in a bank or audit firm (minimum 2 years).
- Strong knowledge of credit underwriting principles and lending practices.
- Familiar with loan documentation, financial statement analysis, and credit scoring models.
- Proficiency in Lao and English language (reading, writing, speaking) is required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.

**Qualification**:Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Banking or related fields.

**Working location**:Vientiane Capital, Lao PDR (with domestic and international travel).

**Working time**: from Monday to Saturday morning, from 8am to 5pm.

**Salary**: up to 1,500$

**Report to owner.**

Pay: 171,190₫ - 818,046₫ per month
