Our client partner -** Infotech** is a leading provider of user friendly cloud solutions for safe and productive construction sites. They have built up a solid base of customers in the construction industry of Norway and Sweden over the past 20 years, and now are developing a brand new modular system called VBIT. This means that we have a great deal of experience and knowledge about the client domain, but you will still get a chance to work primarily with greenfield code and have a real impact on both the design and functionality of the product.

**Responsibilities**:
Working with an international team across time zones and continents, you will:

- Provide your front-end technology expertise and contribute to our front-end architecture strategy
- Design and develop user friendly and intuitive UX that makes complex tasks simple for the end user
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
- Pair programming, code reviewing, coaching and mentoring other team members
- Spot opportunities for process and tool improvements
- Keep an eye on latest updates on development best practice
- Be an integral member of a leading technology company from Norway, collaborating and working directly with colleagues in Norway, Germany, Sweden and Canada

**Yêu Cầu Công Việc**:
**_Essential:_**
- 5+ years as a software engineer, with hands-on experience in at least one of JavaScript frameworks like Angular, React, VueJS, or equivalent
- Interested in front-end design and a good understanding of UI libraries
- Familiar with Agile, Scrum and DevOps culture
- Passion in software development or highly motivated to improve your frontend development skills
- High level of proficiency in English in order to attend meetings with other development team worldwide
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
- Strong organisation and time management skills and able to react quickly in a fast-paced, changing environment

**_ Would be nice if you also have experience in:_**
- App development for iOS and Android
