Mô tả công việc - Tiếp nhận thông tin đơn hàng từ các bộ phận và lên danh sách đặt hàng, đảm bảo hàng hóa cho quá trình hoạt động kinh doanh của công ty.
- Phản hồi với nhà cung cấp về thời gian giao hàng, số lượng, chất lượng hàng hóa.
- Đàm phán giá với nhà cung cấp, lựa chọn hình thức vận chuyển hàng, các nhà cung cấp vận chuyển
- Hỗ trợ phòng xuất nhập khẩu trong công tác nhập xuất hàng hóa tại các cảng (Việt nam).
- Tổng hợp số lượng đơn hàng, giá trị đơn hàng, báo cáo quý, năm. Lên kế hoạch mua hàng trong quý, trong năm hay trong tháng theo tính chất kinh doanh của công ty Quyền lợi được hưởng - Mức thu nhập từ 9.000.00O - 15.000.00O Vnđ/tháng (thỏa thuận theo năng lực)
- Lương tháng 13/14/15, thưởng tết dương lịch, thưởng lễ 30/4,01/05, 02/09
- Được tham gia đầy đủ BHXH, BHYT
- Nghỉ phép, nghỉ lễ tết theo quy định của nhà nước.
- Chế độ du lịch hàng năm của công ty, du lịch đột xuất của phòng do đạt thành tích.

- Thời gian làm việc từ thứ 2 đến hết sáng thứ 6

**Ưu tiên ứng viên đã có kinh nghiệm làm việc ở phòng mua hàng các công ty hóa chất, dược, vật tư y tế Yêu cầu công việc - Tốt nghiệp cao đẳng/đại học chuyên ngành quản trị kinh doanh, kế toán, kinh tế và các ngành liên quan
- Sử dụng tốt tiếng anh (Nghe, nói)
- Sử dụng thành thạo kỹ năng tin học văn phòng.
- Hiểu biết về quy trình mua sắm hàng hóa
- Kỹ năng đàm phán linh hoạt
- Kỹ năng lập báo cáo, quản lý hồ sơ chứng từ Yêu cầu hồ sơ Đơn xin việc
