** Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and optimize AI/ML solutions for computer vision, including: Object detection, classification, tracking, PPE detection, fall detection, and hazard recognition
- Build and improve end-to-end ML workflows (Data preprocessing, dataset labeling, training, validation, deployment)
- Develop scalable ML pipelines for real-time video analytics using: NVIDIA DeepStream, TensorRT, CUDA
- Implement inference on edge devices and/or cloud environments with low-latency performance
- Evaluate and tune models for accuracy, recall/precision, latency, and robustness in real-world scenarios
- Integrate models into production systems via APIs, streaming pipelines, or event workflows
- Work closely with product, software, and domain teams to convert safety-related requirements into technical solutions
- Write clean, maintainable code following best practices; contribute to technical documentation
- Stay updated on latest ML advancements, especially in computer vision

** Qualifications**:
**Requirement**:

- Intermediate English proficiency or better
- 1+ years experience in AI/ML or Computer Vision engineering
- Strong experience with Python; familiarity with C++ or JS is a plus
- Hands-on experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow
- Experience with object detection / tracking models (YOLO, SSD, Faster-RCNN, SORT/DeepSORT)
- Knowledge of:

- OpenCV, GStreamer, FFmpeg, or similar libraries
- GPU acceleration; familiarity with CUDA, TensorRT, DeepStream is a strong plus- Experience with model performance tuning and evaluation metrics
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- Growth mindset; eager to learn and work in real-world applied ML

** Nice to have**:

- Experience deploying models to production (cloud or edge)
- Experience with edge devices (Jetson, Xavier, Orin)
- Familiarity with ONNX
- Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, ClearML, Airflow, Kubeflow) and Cloud services (AWS / GCP / Azure)
- Experience with annotation/data management platforms (Label Studio, Roboflow)
