Dự án Proptech (nền tảng giao dịch bất động sản)
- Phát triển backend services: Xây dựng các microservices sử dụng Django/Django REST Framework và Python
- Thiết kế và quản lý cơ sở dữ liệu: Thiết kế schema và tối ưu hóa cơ sở dữ liệu PostgreSQL
- API development: Phát triển RESTful APIs và tài liệu API
- Tích hợp hệ thống: Tích hợp với các dịch vụ bên thứ ba và các hệ thống nội bộ
- Tối ưu hóa hiệu suất: Đảm bảo hiệu suất cao và khả năng mở rộng của ứng dụng
- Full-stack development: Hỗ trợ phát triển frontend khi cần thiết với React/Next.js
- Kiểm thử và đảm bảo chất lượng: Viết unit tests và integration tests
- Phối hợp với team: Làm việc chặt chẽ với CTO, Product Manager, Frontend Developer và AI Developer

Địa điểm làm việc: Tòa nhà PVGAS, 673 đường Nguyễn Hữu Thọ, Phước Kiển, Nhà Bè, Hồ Chí Minh
- Kinh nghiệm: Tối thiểu 4+ năm kinh nghiệm phát triển backend, với ít nhất 2 năm làm việc với Python/Django
- Kỹ năng kỹ thuật:

- Thành thạo Python và Django/Django REST Framework
- Kinh nghiệm thiết kế và tối ưu hóa cơ sở dữ liệu PostgreSQL
- Hiểu biết sâu về RESTful APIs và API design
- Kinh nghiệm với microservices architecture
- Kiến thức về bảo mật ứng dụng web
- Kinh nghiệm với Git và quy trình CI/CD
- Kinh nghiệm front-end cơ bản: Hiểu biết về HTML, CSS, JavaScript, và ít nhất một framework front-end (React, Vue, Angular)
- Khả năng giao tiếp: Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt

Yêu cầu ưu tiên:

- Kinh nghiệm với Next.js và TypeScript
- Kinh nghiệm với Redis, Elasticsearch, hoặc MongoDB
- Kiến thức về Docker, Kubernetes
- Kinh nghiệm làm việc trong môi trường startup hoặc dự án PropTech
- Kinh nghiệm với tích hợp AI hoặc Blockchain là một lợi thế lớn
- Kinh nghiệm xây dựng hệ thống từ đầu (greenfield projects)
