Sales Enginner

You will be a Sales Enginner in the Metallurgy industry.
- Technical Proposal and Quotation Preparation: Understand customer requirements and provide optimal plant equipment and system proposals, including cost estimation and technical documentation.
- On-site Inspection and Technical Support: Visit steel plants and factories to assess equipment conditions and provide technical advice before and after installation.
- Emergency Response and Troubleshooting: Handle urgent technical issues by visiting the site when necessary, coordinating with engineering teams to identify causes and provide prompt solutions.
- Project Coordination and Client Communication: Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to manage project schedules, quality, and costs while maintaining close communication with clients.
- After-sales Service and Relationship Management: Provide maintenance and improvement proposals after installation, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Other tasks from your manager.
- Be able to go to any place in Vietnam and overseas business trip.

- At least 3 years of experience as a salesperson in the steel manufacturing or Metallurgy company.
