We are seeking an experienced and visionary Executive Assistant Manager Food & Beverage (EAM F&B) to join our luxury resort in the beautiful island of Phu Quoc, Vietnam. As the EAM F&B, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and elevating our diverse F&B operations, ensuring exceptional dining experiences for our esteemed guests.
- Lead and inspire a team of F&B professionals across multiple outlets, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance F&B offerings, increase revenue, and improve guest satisfaction
- Oversee menu planning, pricing strategies, and food presentation standards across all F&B outlets
- Manage budgets, control costs, and optimise profitability whilst maintaining the highest quality standards
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain impeccable hygiene standards
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create unique dining concepts and seasonal promotions
- Analyse market trends and guest feedback to continuously improve F&B services and offerings
- Cultivate relationships with local suppliers to source high-quality, sustainable ingredients
- Participate in senior management meetings and contribute to the overall strategic direction of the resort

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in F&B management roles within luxury hotels or resorts
- Proven track record in successfully managing multiple F&B outlets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests and stakeholders at all levels
- Proficient in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and profit optimisation
- In-depth knowledge of food and beverage trends, with a passion for culinary excellence
- Experience in menu planning, development, and innovative concept creation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make decisive actions
- Proficiency in hospitality management software and point-of-sale systems
- Current Food Safety Certification
- Understanding of Vietnamese cuisine and local food culture is highly desirable
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Vietnamese or other Asian languages is an advantage
