1. Recruiting and managing teachers
- Work with Centers to have a good understading of their recruitment needs and ensure enough teachers are recruited as demanded.
- Negotiate about teachers’ salary in a predetermined salary range.
- Manage any task related to teaching contract: hand-over, suspension, termination, extension,
- Conduct training sessions and ensure the quality of teaching is up to par.
- Assess employees’ competency and suggest their benefits.

2. Coordinating teachers
- Coordinate with Branch managers and Center managers to make teaching schedules.
- Pay attention and execute employees’ timekeeping.
- Give guidance, support and solve any problems related to teachers.

3. Other tasks
- Cooperate with other departments.
- Prepare reports related to assigned functions and tasks.
- Perform other tasks as directed by superiors and the Board of Directors.

1. Academic standards
- University Graduate, IELTS 7.0 and above.
- Proficient in office computer science.

2. Skills:

- Able to communicate with foreign teachers effectively and have experience in coordinating teachers.
- Able to organize and arrange work logically.
- Time management skill.
- Capable of doing reports and updating information.
- Experience: 2 years working in a similar position
