Hiện tại chúng tôi đang cần tuyển vị trị trí "[Remote] Japanese Ruby on Rails NN_man/year", "[Remote] Senior Rails Developer_Upto 4000$ Gross". với các kỹ năng như Trình Độ Chuyên Môn, Agile, API.Bạn sẽ được hưởng các chế độ phúc lợi như Chế độ Thưởng, Du Lịch khi làm việc tại Việc Ơi It Client. - Developing comprehensive multi-channel online advertising strategies for clients - Executing and optimizing the performance of these online advertising campaigns especially on Google Ads and Facebook Ads - Manage campaigns to achieve goals (KPIs) - Conducting statistical performance analysis and reporting based on campaign results. - Based on reporting and analysis, be able to find insights in improving the performance of the advertising campaigns. - Work together with others departments to propose to new clients and take care of existing clients - Train and lead some junior members of ad optimization Requirement **Education level**: University Good English **Key experience**: - Over 3 year experience in operating online advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook Ads - Over 1 year experience with Analytics tool such as Google Analytics and tracking systems such as Google Tag Manager and Google Ads/Facebook’s tracking codes - Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel - Proficient in analyzing reporting - Business Level English (all skills) - Great communication skills - Driven and Proactive personality - Goal getter **Working time**:Mon-Fri, 10H00-17H00 (core time), can be flexibly work anywhere out of this time. **Salary**: USD - 1,300 USD gross Benefit - 13th month salary. - Bonus for holidays (New Year Day, Hung King Day, Southern Liberation Day + Labor Day, National Day) - Bonus based on annual business results - Annual health check. - Social, health and unemployment insurance (by Vietnamese Law% gross salary) - Lunch allowance - Company trip if reach yearly target. - Salary review 2 times a year, every 6 months - Private insurance (Bao Minh) for employees who have worked more than 2 years. **Địa điểm làm việc**: TPHCM **Lương**: 23000K - 30000K VND một tháng **Loại hình công việc**: Thỏa thuận thời gian **Yêu cầu**: CV **Quyền lợi**: Chăm Sóc Sức Khỏe, Chế độ bảo hiểm, Du Lịch, Thưởng doanh thu, Thưởng Tháng 13 **Hạn nộp**: 2024-10-31 **Kinh nghiệm**: 3 - 4 năm **Bằng cấp**: Đại học **Lĩnh vực**: Bán hàng, Kinh Doanh -Marketing **Số lượng cần tuyển**: 1 **Giới tính**: Không yêu cầu
