Are you ready to join a fantastic team at a vibrant hotel in the beautiful island of Phu Quoc, Vietnam? We're seeking a passionate, welcoming, and enthusiastic Cable Car Station Bellboy to be the warm, friendly face of our establishment.
- Greet guests with genuine warmth upon arrival and throughout their stay
- Assist guests with luggage handling and room guidance
- Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities
- Maintain a friendly and approachable presence in the hotel lobby and entrance
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations
- Perform various errands and tasks as requested by guests or management
- Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the hotel entrance and lobby area
- Assist with parking and valet services when required
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently
- Contribute to creating a positive and memorable experience for all guests

**Qualifications**
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanour
- Physical fitness to handle luggage and stand for extended periods
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Basic English language proficiency; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Familiarity with Phu Quoc island and its attractions
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment
- Attention to detail and a well-groomed appearance
- Problem-solving skills to handle guest concerns efficiently
- Previous experience in hospitality is preferred but not essential
