- _Working time: Mon - Sat (Sat work from home)_

**Key Tasks**:

- Advise customers about hotel/resort services, convince, negotiate, sell services and sign contracts, complete registration procedures and receive payments.
- Update customer information on the system
- Confirm orders and information, coordinate with departments to organize service implementation in accordance with the service contract agreed with the customer.
- Handling arising issues (complaints, refunds, changes...) ensuring all customer complaints are handled promptly and seriously in coordination with relevant departments
- Communicate with customers to collect feedback on service quality
- Update sales data, coordinate with Head of Department to report sales by month, quarter, and year.
- Perform other tasks as directed by superiors

**Requirements**:

- From 1 year of sales experience in the hospitality industry or experience through OTAs platforms
- Have good communication ability
- Ability to organize, arrange work, handle work effectively, and have high productivity
- Use English fluently.
- Understand and proficiently use OTAs platforms
- Ability to work and handle tasks in groups
