**JOB OVERVIEW**

We are seeking/looking for SAP Technical Manager with At least 7 to 10 years working experience with SAP Suite and At least 2 implementation projects on S4Hana as Solution Architect.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Define Solution Architecture across all domains, ensuring best practices.
- Collaborate with domain architects for detailed designs.
- Create architecture diagrams and documentation for effective implementation.
- Estimate efforts, review costs, and translate business needs.
- Research and propose globally applicable technical solutions.
- Lead technical innovation and solution governance.
- Support project scoping, methodology, and high-level design.
- Resolve cross-functional design issues.
- Mentor and develop solution architects.
- Ensure solution continuity through collaboration..

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor’s in IT-related field (Master’s preferred).
- 7-10 years SAP Suite experience (3+ years equivalent).
- 2+ S/4HANA implementations as Solution Architect.
- Hands-on HANA Modeling preferred.

**Technical Skills**:

- Backend: SAP ECC, SRM, MDM, PI, BPC, GRC, BW/HANA, S/Finance, etc.
- Cloud: Fieldglass, Concur, Ariba, Salesforce, SuccessFactors.
- Integration: SAP CPI, PI/PO, EDI (Mulesoft, Oracle Fusion preferred).
- Mobility: Fiori solutions, offline processing.
- Data Reporting: Analysis Office, Lumira, Tableau.

**Soft Skills**:

- Strong communication & presentation.
- Self-motivated, thrives in matrix organizations.
- Experience in large international projects.
- Cultural awareness & respect.
- Proficient in English; additional languages a plus.
