**Position: DRAFTSMAN**

Established in 2013, Immoviewer has quickly become the European market leader for 360 virtual tours and online viewings with a growing customer base in Germany, France, Italy, England, Spain, Belgium and Switzerland. In 2016, Immoviewer expanded to the UK and USA.

Your primary role is to draw/measure the floor plan based on the house photos given using our own-developed web-based measurements and drawing tools.

Here is the job description for the DRAFTMAN position.

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for designing and creating detailed floor plans using our own-developed web-based measurements and drawing tools.
- Ability to meet deadlines

**Requirements and Skills**:

- Has skills/experience as a Drafter or a similar role
- Familiarity with 2D & 3D modeling tools
- Any Engineering, Architecture course,Interior Design or any related degree from a technical college/vocational
- Fresh graduates and students are welcome to apply
- With the transportation and meal allowance: $8/ day

**- Able to work fixed in night shifts**
- Work from home permanently after on-site training for 11 weeks.

**Location working/training**:

- **HaNoi**: Detech Tower II, 107 Nguyen Phong Sac Street, Dich Vong Hau Ward, Cau Giay District.
- **HCM**: A Space Office Building, No. 1B, Road 30, An Khanh Ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City

We will give transportation and meal allowance $8 a day until you finish the on-site training.The trainer will help you assemble the tasks correctly in person. We will train you for around 11 weeks face-to-face (Monday - Friday, 8 am-5 pm).

The time you finish the 10 training tours will give you $200, whether you finish it in a week or two. It will be given on the nearest payout day. After the 10th training tour, the company will pay you $400 gross per month for the training services payable every 5th and 20th of the month for 8 hrs/day, 40 hrs/week.

Following the face-to-face training, you will continue to work as a permanent home-based employee of Immoviewer. The starting salary will be $400 per month for 40 hours per week, payable on the 5th and 20th of each month. In addition to your monthly salary, you may receive bonuses based on your performance at work.

You will also be entitled to paid holidays and 12 days of paid leave per year. Upon promotion to any role, your salary will increase.
