**Mô Tả Công Việc**:
Discova is looking for a Power BI Developer/Data Modeler to join the team in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. In this business-critical role, you will be using the latest methodologies and tech in the BI space and participate in the enhancement of a global BI solution. Using Power BI you will be developing and designing Business Intelligence reporting based on data delivered through Hive tables and databases. You will be well versed in SQL, experienced in scoping/designing data marts for BI consumption preferably with Power BI shared datasets, and assisting with other ad-hoc reporting. A high level of experience in transforming business requirements into reusable tabular data models is essential for success in this role. Experience as a dedicated data modeler would be highly regarded.
- Implementation of BI dashboards while ensuring the solution meets flexibility, usability, and performance requirements
- Assisting with the creation and maintenance of SQL store procedures, views, and ad-hoc SQL reporting, including directly querying delta lake through HIVE and Databricks notebooks
- Work cross-functionally with Technology, Operations, Products, and Finance to deliver strategic projects allowing the company to offer the best customer experience.
- Data protection
- Follow and take a leading role in Global BI's established policies and procedures for solution development lifecycle, including analysis, design, testing,
- Tourplan system enhancements for further automation e.g. auto uploads of cash receipts and payments, auto reconciliations, fine-tuning of month-end processes.
- Power BI and integration with Tourplan system and other sources of data to provide better information for leaders.
- Maintain and support data analytics platforms
- Integration of Tourplan system back end to other 3rd party distribution and reservation systems to ensure transactions are recorded correctly and efficiently eg. Bokun, Live, Travelbox (new Calypso).
- Work closely with selling business teams to understand information requirements to ensure solutions align with business needs
- Identify areas of inefficiency in the existing system/ manual processes, and help users to define business requirements that may entail process streamlining and/or automation. Assist users and provide guidance in process mapping for as-is and to-be process modeling.
- Create an environment where people feel supported, connected, and empowered.
- Ensure that what is meant to happen in the business does happen.
- Build trust and strong working relationships with business teams to ensure that Discovers finance operations are executed in line with the prescribed SLAs.

**Yêu Cầu Công Việc**:
**The Essentials**:

- 1 - 2 years' Data Analysis experience or similar
- Experience with PowerBI, SQL (Google BigQuery, AWS, MongoDB)
- Strong Microsoft Applications capability, particularly with Excel and data manipulation
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify trends within data sets
- Financial knowledge is additional.
- Fluent in written and verbal in both Vietnamese language and English.
