**Job description**:
**_ Technical Skills:_**
- Defect management: Proficiency in identifying, reporting, and tracking defects using defect tracking tools (e.g: Jira, Google Sheet)
- Testing tools: Familiarity with common testing tools (e.g., PostgreSQL, Postman, JMetter) and their usage.
- Automation testing: Basic knowledge of automation testing concepts and tools (e.g., Selenium WebDriver) is a plus.

**_ Soft Skills:_**
- Analytical thinking: Ability to analyze complex systems and identify potential issues. - Problem-solving: Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve testing challenges.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
- Attention to detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure thorough and accurate testing. - Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with team members to achieve common goals. - Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements and priorities.

**Your skills and experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in IT or relevant major
- Minimum from 1-3 years of experience as a manual tester.
- Experience working in Waterfall, Agile (Scrum/Kanban) or similar methodologies.
- Domain knowledge: Experience in healthcare, medtech,.
- Language: Basic English proficiency
