We are assisting our Client, an International Industrial Real Estate company, in their search for a Senior Environmental Specialist. The ideal candidate will lead the development and execution of Environmental systems in the Industrial Zone according to legal guidelines and EIA. This includes centralized wastewater treatment systems and water treatment systems.

The incumbent will be responsible for organizing, identifying, and completing related permits such as environmental permits and operating permits for clients' projects. They will also review EIA reports prepared by EIA consultants for projects developed by the Client in all locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute Environmental systems in the Industrial Zone according to legal guidelines and EIA.
• Organize, identify, and complete related permits such as environmental permits and operating permits for clients' projects.
• Review EIA reports prepared by EIA consultants for projects developed by the Client in all locations.
• Evaluate environmental aspects of customers who have plans to build factories in the industrial zone according to operation and law compliance.
• Conduct audits and inspections on all internal and external areas of the Industrial Zone related to environment. Coordinate with relevant authorities or local community to solve problems.
• Supervise and mentor an Environmental team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Environmental major.
• Language: Good communication in English.
• Experience: Experience with Center Wastewater Treatment Plant.
• Skills: Understand well regulations and law related to environment, ability to produce reports, and develop relevant policies.
• Personal Qualities: Excellent organizational and motivational skills, outstanding attention to detail, and observation ability.
