In charge of accounts payable (AP) tasks, monthly/yearly closing and payment.
- Handle all payable invoices from vendors and expense claims from staff, check information;
- Record, allocate and post expenses, fixed assets in system (SAP);
- Prepare and proceed with e-payment, ensure timely payment according to company regulation;
- Perform monthly/yearly closing, checking expenses, GL account reconciliation and VAT output;
- Liaise with state agencies for statutory reports such as statistical reports and other ad-hoc tasks from management.

- Language:Fluency inEnglish, Chinese is a plus.
