**Mô tả công việc**:
Thiết kế và phát triển backend có độ tin cậy, chịu tải cao cho hệ thống

Tham gia vào maintain, refactor, tối ưu hiệu năng các dịch vụ

Tham gia vào review code.

Xử lý các issue về security, performance cho các backend để đảm bảo hệ thống chạy ổn định.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
Có tối thiểu 2 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc với ngôn ngữ Python;

Có thể làm việc với một trong các cơ sở dữ liệu MySQL, MongoDB, Redis đặc biệt là MySQL;

Thành thạo Linux, sử dụng tốt các công cụ tiện ích trong môi trường console.

Có khả năng lập trình cả phía backend và frontend là một lợi thế;

Đã từng tiếp xúc với các công nghệ như Kafka, Redis, ElasticSearch, Docker, CI/CD là một lợi thế;

Có kiến thức và thực hành về các giao thức streaming, các cơ chế caching, và CDN;

Có tư về hệ thống về thiết kế đảm bảo độ tin cậy/độ sẵn sàng và có kỹ năng debug tốt

Chế độ:
Nghỉ 2 ngày cuối tuần

Đóng Bảo hiểm xã hội, bảo hiểm y tế, bảo hiểm thất nghiệp theo luật bảo hiểm;

Được tham gia bảo hiểm sức khỏe PVI care (liên kết với các bệnh viện quốc tế);

Ngày phép: 12 ngày/năm được hưởng nguyên lương (Ngoài các ngày nghỉ lễ theo lịch nhà nước, nghỉ hiếu hỉ, ma chay);

Du lịch hàng năm, Teambuilding cuối năm do công ty tổ chức;

Khám sức khỏe định kỳ hàng năm tại bệnh viên uy tín;

Đối với nhân viên nữ có con dưới 1 tuổi: được linh động đi muộn hoặc về sớm 1h/ngày;

Được ăn nhẹ vào thứ 5 hàng tuần.

Trợ cấp ăn trưa: 500.000/tháng;

Trợ cấp xăng xe, điện thoại (tùy vị trí);

Trợ cấp công tác (tùy vị trí);

Phụ cấp thâm niên

Phụ cấp trực (tùy vị trí);

Có quà cho nhân viên có con nhỏ: Tết thiếu nhi, tết trung thu: Tổ chức các chương trình giã ngoại, tham quan, có quà tặng do Công ty và Công đoàn tổ chức.
